Best value for money I ever had!!!! Perfect for just 1200 THB (one night DBL room) The price at the countertop was 4500 THB for those who didn't have a booking. They can dicount you even for 2600 THB but they can't give you same price as this website does! Nice room with the direct view on temple, room is cosy and comfortable

I had a great stay at this hotel which exceeded my expectations. The staff were very friendly and the room was better than I expected. The location was perfect, being just a footstep away from the lively Khaosan Road and its nightlife. Plus, the price was very reasonable considering the amenities and the central location.

good elevator,tidy and cute roof top patio the difference between the standard and deluxe rooms is that all the air conditioners for that floor are located outside the standard room which also faces the street making them quite noisy. the mattresses are quite hard, Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : A short walk leads to a beautiful riverfront park, by the canal. There is a river boat bus stop there and for 12 bhat take a refreshing express boat into the city.

During my New Year stay, I appreciated the affordable price compared to the other options in the city. the hotel also provided a shuttle service which was convenient for my travel needs. The location was perfect for exploring the city and enjoying the local cuisine.

The hotel was a disappointment in terms of cleanliness. The room had a musty odor and the linens seemed unclean.

Great location very near to the Khoasan Rd but far enough away to avoid the noise and bustle. Room was very clean and comfortable.

The cheapest double room we booked was actually windowless so it was a bit dingy so we upgraded to a more expensive room. The rooms are quite small but this is standard in Bangkok. We found some of the staff to be a little rude but others were very nice. We paid 1,500 baht for the room we stayed in which is quite pricey compared to other guesthouses in the area.

Very small and dark room. Can´t open the window. They do have a lift, but it starts only from 3rd floor to the roof!!!Small cockroaches running about in the room. The sheets with patch and the conforter with red taint. Breakfast not included in the price.

The food was cheap and had a good variety of options. , the staff was friendly and helpful with planning our activities around the city. The location was great, close to all the main attractions and easy access to public transportation.

The internet is cheap, you can order food and drinks and the room itself was quiet despite being on a main road.

I found hairs on the shower walls. When the staff asked me how my room is I told them about it and showed it to them.They brought a cleaning woman to "clean it". When I got back to the room the hairs simply moved position on the wall. At that point I gave up. When I checked out I was shocked to find out they charged me for "cleaning services"
